Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Track your package via the carrier's website. For international orders, the local postal service will handle final delivery. For any issues, please contact your local post office first or reach us at support@we11life.com.

Handling Delays and Special Circumstances

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days with a photo of the damage. If possible, note any issues with the delivery carrier. We’ll assist with necessary claims or reshipping when feasible.
